Miami Antifa members indicted federally for Jane's Revenge attacks on pregnancy centers - Caleb Freestone and Amber Smith-Stewart
Caleb Freestone and Amber Smith-Stewart, two well known members of Miami Antifa have been charged with Civil Rights Conspiracy and violating the FACE act for vandalizing multiple pro-life pregnancy centers in Florida as a part of 'Jane's Revenge' decentralized terror organization
Following the May 2nd 2022 leak of the Dobbs decision that would eventually overturn Roe v Wade left wing extremists across the country began a campaign of arson and vandalism in retaliation. This arson was targeted at churches, pro-life pregnancy centers, pro-life organizations, and pro-life politicians. Following a firebombing in Madison Wisconsin, a group claimed responsibility under the name Jane's Revenge, through an extremist podcaster. The associated messaging of "If Abortions aren't safe, neither are you" spread and was used in dozens of other attacks across the country.

Despite the large number of attacks no arrests were made until January 24th 2023. Two members of Miami Antifa, Caleb Freestone and Amber Smith-Stewart, were indicted federally for violating the FACE act and a civil rights conspiracy. The charges come from a string of Jane's Revenge associated vandalism around the state of Florida in Winter Haven, Hollywood, and Hialeah. If convicted they face a maximum punishment of 12 years.
Both Freestone and Smith-Stewart were known to local conservative activists and to AntifaWatch (1, 2) since late 2021. The two had been at a number of demonstrations with Miami Antifa.
Caleb Freestone was previously seen at a school board meeting where he was making lists of parents and citizens who expressed disagreement with the indoctrination of children on sexual and gender issues. Freestone ended up being arrested at a school board meeting where he was charged with disorderly conduct, trespassing after a warning and resisting arrest without violence. Those charges ended up being dropped
Amber Smith-Stewart has been seen with Freestone at several events. She openly identified as 'Miami-Dade Antifa' on her Facebook page as well as on other social media platforms where she has posted calls for 'Direct Action' across the country.
Smith-Stewart was originally represented by Federal Public Defenders but dropped them and is now represented by two members from CLDC in Oregon. The CLDC is an extremist left legal group that is currently representing Alma Raven-Guido for her alleged arson attack on the Portland Police union building at an Antifa riot.
The pair are being supported with legal funds by the South Florida Anti-Repression Committee, a recently created legal support group for Antifa members. The group is raising money for their legal defense through Democrat affiliated fundraising platform ActBlue. The ActBlue campaign money goes to 'Community Justice Exchange' which is a project of the Tides Center. The Tides Center is separate nonprofit from the Tides Foundation, but it's overseen by it. The Foundation has connections to a variety of leftist entities such as Media Matters & Soros.
